The Feet Continue to Dance is my personal tribute to Lionel Messi, the worlds best football player. The idea started in 2007, when Messi scored his fantastisc goal against Getafe in Copa Del Rey. The goal had commentary by Joaquim Maria Puyal, who has great empathy and energy. I used the sound from the video as my ringtone for many years, and in the end of 2010, I got the idea to make a personal tribute to Lionel Messi, and started composing the song.

The vocals in the song are from Joaquim Maria Puyal and Ray Hudson. Both verse and chorus is a blend of the gentlemen´s commentary about magical Messi moments. Ray Hudson is famous for his flamboyant and ecstatic comments that give matches an extra nerve. In order to finish my song, I contacted Hudson and Puyal, who immediately gave their permission to use their voices in the tribute to Messi and football.

The Feet Continue to Dance is released independently by The Wizard of Ox, and is mastered in Metropolis Studios, London.
